For a fee of $250, Kelli offers to design you a custom wedding website with a personalized URL. Here, guests can easily access all wedding details, RSVP, and get travel info. -
Dedicated Event Booking Page
Each wedding gets a private event booking page where guests can book their rooms on their own. *Guests will always have access to Kelli if they prefer to have her assistance with bookings instead of booking on their own. Some resorts don't apply. -
Real Time Updates
Kelli updates spreadsheets in real time with guest booking details so you know what guests have done what, making sure guest list management is effortless for you.

For couples who have already secured their wedding date and package with the resort and now want help with the room block and travel side of the wedding. I’ll negotiate and set up your room block, secure any available group perks, and give your guests a simple way to book. I’ll also track reservations, manage payment deadlines, and handle guest questions so you don’t have to.
For couples who are just getting started and need help with all the things. I’ll help you choose the perfect resort, work with the wedding department to lock in your date, and set up your room block with any available group perks. From there, I manage guest bookings, track payments, and take care of all the travel details so you can focus on the fun parts of planning your destination wedding.
